TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to BeamBod! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our online training platform, including our 7-day trial and paid memberships. By signing up, you agree to these Terms.
● You must be at least 18 years old to participate in BeamBod programs.
● By joining, you confirm you are in good health and capable of participating in physical activity. If you have any medical conditions, you should consult a healthcare professional before starting.
● The 7-day trial is available to new members only, one time per person.
● The trial provides full access to BeamBod’s online training platform.
● At the end of the 7 days, your membership will automatically roll over to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
● To avoid being charged, you must cancel your trial through your account before the trial expires. You can do this by logging in, navigating to your profile, settings, billing and Try BeamBod for Free 7 Days, Cancel this subscription.
3. Membership and Billing
● Membership fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly, depending on your plan).
● Payments are processed via the payment method you provide. You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date.
● Failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your access.
● Memberships can be cancelled anytime, but no refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
4. Refund Policy
● The 7-day trial is free. Once you transition to a paid plan, fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
● We do not offer refunds for unused portions of memberships or missed classes.
5. Use of the Platform
● BeamBod content (videos, classes, programs, etc.) is for personal use only.
● You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute any content without permission.
● We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
● All content on BeamBod, including but not limited to videos, programs, text, graphics, images, logos, and software, is owned by BeamBod or licensed to us.
● Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
● You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any BeamBod content without prior written permission.
● Any unauthorized use of BeamBod’s intellectual property may result in legal action.
7. Health and Safety Disclaimer
● Participation in fitness programs involves risk. By using BeamBod, you accept full responsibility for your own health and safety.
● BeamBod and its coaches are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages that may occur while following the programs.
8. Modifications to Service
● We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time.
● Prices and membership structures may change, and we will notify members in advance of any increases.
9. Privacy
● Your personal information will be collected and stored in line with our Privacy Policy.
● By using BeamBod, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined.
10. Governing Law
● These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
● Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
